Our mortgage consultations are completely free of charge, so no refunds are required or applicable for those services.

Merchandise Orders

For physical merchandise such as 1StopMLO apparel and accessories:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Digital items, downloadable materials, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
